🛒 How It Works

🍼 Monthly Hub Angels Shopping Program Guidelines

• Our Hub Angels shop for families once a month, at the end of each month (no shopping in December).

  You will receive a text, email, or phone call 24 hours before pickup with your confirmed date, time, and location (typically in Burbank).

  Please note:

  • Items are first come, first served and cannot be guaranteed, but we always do our best to fulfill every request.

  • If you cannot attend your scheduled pickup, your items will be passed to the next family in need, and you will no longer be eligible to submit future requests.

  • To ensure fairness for all, proof of each child in your household is required (examples: birth certificate, medical card, or school record showing the child’s name and parent/guardian).

  • Do NOT list or claim children who are not legally or biologically yours. Submitting false information will result in immediate disqualification from all BCA Hub programs for one year.

  Please bring your Mom & Me Card when you pick up. If you don’t yet have one, you’ll receive it during your first pickup.
