The BCA Hub Youth & Resource Center Board Members are active in the community, working to promote a high quality of living in the communities they serve. Members volunteer to attend local community meetings, including but not limited to the youth center, clothes closet, food pantry and other fun-filled activities in the community.
The BCA Hub strives to communicate news about issues that impact the neighborhood youth and works to actively help resolve areas of concern for our community. Stay informed by signing up for the Burbank Community Association’s active email list.

Joining Gets You Admission To All Our Burbank Community Association Events
You’ll be first to know about social gatherings and other neighborhood events. The BCA hosts at least 3 events per year ranging from family friendly activities to the annual chili cook off, trunk and treat, wine and beer tastings and holiday parties. Most events also benefit The BCA Helping Hands for the Holidays and future youth center, year round clothes closet and food pantry, support groups, speakers, legal advice and/or representation on school and city issues along with so much more.
Joining Helps Us Give Back
Membership dues and donations help the BCA to fund local programs, including yet not limited to; Helping Hands, Youth Programs, Mailings, Events, and so much more. We also pay for most of the upkeep and provide the volunteer labor where extra help is needed in the community.

The BCA Hub promotes community building. We are a nonprofit, all-volunteer organization supported principally through charitable donations, membership dues, and annual fundraisers.
Our Mission
Founded in 2018, the purpose of the Burbank Community Association today is to advocate for the neighborhood by providing a forum for discussing local and citywide issues, planning social activities and projects that build relationships among neighbors, creating an effective communication link with the City of Burbank, and working to keep our neighbors informed of news and decisions that impact the community.
